If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please return your poster(s) in the condition you received them for a full refund. (Don’t worry; we’ll happily pay for any return shipping cost.) In the event of any damage, please enclose a note highlighting the affected areas, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement free of charge. If there is no note, we will automatically issue a refund without sending a replacement.

We process orders as soon as we receive them and provide tracking information as soon as the product is shipped. Once the poster has been shipped, Books on the Wall is not responsible for late shipments or delayed arrivals.
